  1. Basic Transportation Fee:

    • Calculated based on the distance between your current and new locations. This includes fuel costs, tolls, and other expenses associated with the travel distance.

  3. Packing Materials:

    • Cost of packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and packing paper.

  4. Packing Services:

    • If you opt for professional packing services, this includes the labor cost for packing your belongings securely.

  5. Decommissioning Services:

    • Charges associated with disassembling and preparing furniture, appliances, or other items for transport. This may involve disconnecting electronic devices, disassembling large furniture, etc.

  6. Loading and Unloading:

    • Labor costs for loading your items onto the moving truck at the current location and unloading them at the destination.

  7. Furniture Assembly at Destination:

    • Charges for reassembling furniture and setting up items at the new location.

  8. Insurance:

    • Optional but recommended insurance coverage for your belongings during transit. Costs may vary based on the value of the items being moved.

  9. Storage (if applicable):

    • If there's a need for temporary storage during the move, the cost for storage services would be included.

  10. Additional Services:

    • Any extra services requested by the client, such as special handling for fragile items, hoisting services for large furniture, etc.

  11. Customs and Regulatory Fees (for international moves):

    • If applicable, costs related to customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with international regulations.
